Partner of Lloreda Camacho & Co. since 2009. Tatiana is the head of Lloreda Camacho’s Trademark and Copyrights Group, providing guidance to clients in trademarks, copy rights, licensing, and social media in Colombia. Under her direction, clients receive guidance with regards to potential litigation in the abovementioned matters.
She received her Law degree from the Universidad del Rosario in 1993, and Master in International Contract Law from the Universidad de los Andes in 1997. She also completed certifications in Administrative Procedural Law and Unfair Competition Law.
Tatiana has over 18 years of experience handling and advising large trademark portfolios for different multinational and national companies. She has a broad range of expertise in the defense of client trademark rights regarding trademark infringements.
Tatiana has lectured the course on Trademark Law in South America at the John Marshall Law School – International Trademark Law and Practice for the past five (5) consecutive years.
She also has been a keynote speaker on Copyrights Law in different cities of Colombia in the education program of the Asociación Colombiana para el Avance de la Ciencia y Tecnología ACAC in 2015 (Colombian Association for the Advances of Science and Technology), a distinct entity in Colombia in the technology and science academy field, and delivered two presentations on behalf of INTA during the symposium hosted by the Trade Mark Office of Colombia regarding the Andean Community Decision 486.
Among her publications the following can be mentioned: “Situado Fiscal” (“Financially Secure”) and she has been co-author of the industrial property book of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá “La Propiedad Industrial como herramienta para competir en los mercados internacionales” (“Industrial Property as a tool to compete in international markets”) and of the publication “Aspectos sobre Propiedad Industrial en el TLC” (“Aspects on Industrial Property in the FTA”) of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
