Within the periodic obligations established for data controllers, there is the update of the National Data Base Registry (NDBR).  Therefore, one of the required updates is the one related with claims or queries presented by data subjects; such update takes place every year on the first fifteen (15) business days of February and August.

This obligation shall only be performed by data controllers who being obliged to register their data bases, have registered their data bases at the time of the report within the NDBR.

Therefore, August 23rd is the deadline to comply with such obligation.
