Decree 375 of 2021, a relief for the payment of the advance of income tax
The National Government issued Decree 375 of April 9, 2021. The Decree establishes that taxpayers engaged in specific business activities would not be obliged to pay the advanced payment of 2021 income tax in the 2020 tax return.
Some of the activities that gave rise to this relief are passenger air transport, and hotels, restaurants and cafeterias services, among others.
