Elimination of the button that allowed the filing of the documents supporting the concession agreements

  • April 22,2024
Share

The National Mining Agency eliminated from the Anna Minería platform the option to submit the documents supporting the concession agreement applications within three working days of filing them.

According to Article 7 of Resolution 299 of 2012, applicants for concession agreements and other mechanisms through which a mining title can be obtained have a term of three business days to file the documents supporting such applications. However, the button enabling this possibility was removed from the Anna Minería platform. Consequently, the documents supporting the proposals must be filed simultaneously with the application form.

Although the administrative act through which Resolution 299 of 2012 will be modified is unknown, the National Mining Agency is expected to publish it in the next few days.
