On December 24th, 2020, the Colombian Superintendence of Companies issued the External Circular No. 100-000016 (the “External Circular”) whereby it was integrally amended the Chapter X of the Basic Legal Circular, related with the System for Self-Control and Management of the Integral Risks of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of mass-destruction weapons (“SAGRILAFT”).
