Natalia is proficient in managing trademark portfolios in Colombia and Latin America, providing the clients with a very deep analysis o such, aiming a strategic asset protection. She has experience in handling complex litigation cases involving trademarks, such as nullity claims, trademark infringement actions, and unfair competition actions involving intellectual property rights, approaching each case aiming to obtain the best results for the client.

Natalia’s successful implementation of training programs to the Customs Police and Customs Officers allows clients to be sure that all the relevant tools for the identification of counterfeit and copycats are being provided to the relevant authorities, improving the implementation of border measures. Additionally, she has developed negotiation skills when dealing with contracts and agreements related to intellectual property, fostering beneficial partnerships, and securing her clients’ rights.
