New Official Fees for Filling Patent applications before the Institute of
Industrial Property of Argentina
We inform you that the INPI (Institute of Industrial Property of Argentina) increased the Official Fees by 220% as follows:
- 110% from January 1, 2023.
- 110% from March 1, 2023.
Please note that these increases were published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on December 27, 2022, and the same is applied to the Official Fees that are in force to date.
