Katerine joined the firm in 2021 and works as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law and M&A practices.
She has more than 6 years of experience advising national and international companies from different sectors of the economy, on commercial, civil and corporate matters. As well as in the structuring and negotiation of transactions for the sale and acquisition of shares and assets.
Katerine has extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of commercial and civil agreements, decision-making of corporate bodies, shareholder agreements, general secretariat, corporate governance, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, capitalizations and, in general, the provision of legal management services.
