Laura joined the firm in 2021, at present she is a Senior Associate of the Corporate Law and M&A department.

Obtained her law degree from Universidad de los Andes and an L.L.M. from the University of Tulsa.

With over 10 years’ experience advising national and foreign companies of different economy sectors in matters related to commercial and corporate law, and in mergers and acquisitions.

Laura has extensive experience in corporate law, general secretariat, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, spin offs and capitalizations, just as in the negotiation, drafting and review of commercial and civil contracts.
