Tatiana has been a partner at Lloreda Camacho & Co since 2009. Tatiana has been a Partner at Lloreda Camacho & Co since 2009. She is the Director of the Trademarks and Copyrights practices, guiding her clients on trademark, copyright, licenses, and social media matters in Colombia. Under her direction, clients are informed about possible resolution disputes that could occur in the aforementioned areas.
She earned her law degree from the Universidad del Rosario and she has a Master of International Contract Law from the Universidad de los Andes. In addition, she has Certifications in Procedural Administration Law and Unfair Competition Law.
Tatiana has more than 18 years of experience managing and advising on large portfolios of trademarks and trademark and unfair competition litigation for a variety of local and multinational companies. In 2019, Tatiana has been appointed as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Colombian IP Association (ACPI).
Tatiana has been a lecturer on trademark law in South America at the John Marshall Law School (Chicago, Illinois) – International Trademark Law for the past four years. In 2014, she was the keynote speaker on copyright law in different cities in Colombia in the educational program of the Colombian Association for the Advancement of Science (ACAC).
She has authored several publications, including “Fiscal Situation.” Tatiana coauthored a book about industrial property for the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce entitled “Industrial Property as a Way to Compete in Foreign Markets.”She also co-authored the publication “Industrial Property Aspects of the Free Trade Agreement” for the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Tatiana was an Special Guest Speaker at +Cartagena, the biggest advertising event in Colombia.
