As established by the General Circular of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, data controllers which are obliged to register their data bases within the National Data Base Registry (NDBR) must perform between January 2nd and March 31st every year the annual update of the information registered within their databases.
Also, within the first fifteen (15) business days of February, which means no later than on February 19, 2021 it is necessary to file the report on claims (positive or negative) presented by data subjects in the previous semester (July to December 2020).
