Alejandra joined the Firm in 2023 and is currently a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Department. She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with postgraduate studies in Commercial Law from the same university, and a master’s degree in Compliance, Fraud, and Money Laundering with a focus on Risk Management from EALDE Business School and the Universidad Católica de Murcia, Spain.

She has experience in corporate law, contract law, and compliance, acquired through her work in law firms and different companies. Additionally, she has served as an Ethics and Compliance Officer in various organizations and economic sectors.
