Alejandro joined the firm in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the Corporate Law practice. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. 

He has experience advising domestic and international clients on the structuring and incorporation of investment vehicles, as well as on the related corporate and regulatory compliance obligations. Additionally, he has led and assisted in various liquidation processes involving commercial companies, branches of foreign companies, and non-profit entities.
