Andrea joined the Firm in 2023 and is currently a Senior Associate in the tax practice. She is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, with two specializations in Tax Law and in Commercial Law from the same university.
She has over ten years of experience in Tax Matters. Her experience focuses on various areas, including: consultancy and tax planning on international, national, and local taxes for companies from different sectors of the economy, as well as foreign investors in Colombia, administrative and judicial representation in tax matters to clients from multiple sectors, participation in domestic and international transactions: mergers and acquisitions, participation in tax due diligence.
