Jessica joined the firm in 2017 and is a Technical Advisor in the Intellectual Property – Patents practice. She is a Chemist with a Master's Degree in Science - Biochemistry from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and is currently finishing her studies in Law at the Universidad Central.

She has over 7 years of experience as an advisor in Industrial Property Law, with specialized knowledge in invention patents and industrial designs, as well as in the related legal provisions in Colombia, LATAM, the United States and Europe. Jessica´s experience and knowledge allow her to provide accompaniment and advise during the corresponding procedures for the granting of patents and registration of designs, and also to execute technological searches, draft patent applications and issue concepts on the patentability of a creation.
