Luisa joined the Firm in 2022 and currently serves as Director of Innovation and Compliance. Her practice focuses on the intersection of law, innovation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and personal data protection. She advises organizations on the design and implementation of legal strategies aligned with the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
She is a Research Group Member at The Center for AI and Digital Policy, a professor at Universidad del Rosario, and Secretary General of the Colombian Commercial Lawyers Association. She has served as Vice President of the Colombian Legaltech Association and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), participating in regulatory and academic discussions on the legal impact of technology on business.
Luisa is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, a Specialist in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, holds a Master’s degree in Leadership for Digital Transformation from CESA, and a Master’s degree in Digital Business from ESIC. She has also completed studies in Law and Artificial Intelligence and programming at the University of Buenos Aires, which strengthen her interdisciplinary and practical approach to legal advisory services.
Luisa is the author of the book Contractual Liability in Business Collaboration Agreements, co-author of the book Personal Data Protection Regime in Colombia (Tirant lo Blanch, 2026), and author of the articles: “Legal and Economic Challenges of AI Regulation in Latin America and the Caribbean” (Aranzadi Thomson Reuters, 2022) and “Contractual and Non-Contractual Liability in the Labyrinth of Artificial Intelligence” (E-Mercatoria, 2025). She is also a co-author of the Executive GenAIality Guide for CESA executives (2026).
