The Colombian Government enacted the tax reform
On December 13, 2022 the President of Colombia enacted Law 2277 of 2022 “By means of which a tax reform for equality and social justice is adopted and other provisions are issued“, producing legal effects as of January 1, 2023. Click here to find the content of the tax reform.
